Usain Bolt

Sejarah besar menandai ulang tahun ke-22 Usain Bolt, Kamis (21/8) ini.
'Penghancur' asal Jamaika itu jadi manusia pertama di jagat raya yang mampu mengukir rekor dunia di dua nomor sprint 100 dan 200 meter sekaligus.

Bolt membeberkan beberapa faktor penentu suksesnya.
”Berlomba tanpa merasa tertekan.”

”Berlari itu nikmat. Anda harus menikmati apa yang Anda lakukan,” papar Bolt.

”Saya nikmati dan saya sukai. Kadang-kadang Anda berpikir untuk berhenti latihan karena memang berat. Tetapi, sukses akan bertambah hebat jika Anda bekerja keras.”
